What does the 2,500-household cap mean?
Core is priced for self-managed boards running leagues under 2,500 households. Above that you move to Federation tier (custom pricing) which adds multi-league administration, custom Stripe splits, and a dedicated success manager.
Can I switch packs month-to-month?
Yes. Add a pack today, drop it next month. No annual contract on Core or packs. Prorated to the day.
How does the 0% dues fee work?
Members pay dues via Stripe direct to your league's bank account. Stripe takes 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction (their fee, not ours). We take 0% on top. We make money from Core subscriptions, not by skimming dues.
What's the Free tier really for?
Trial. Up to 100 households, basic email, dues passthrough (2.9% Stripe fee). Most leagues outgrow it in a quarter. Upgrade to Core when the treasurer wants 0% dues and the board wants its custom domain.
What if our league has SMS needs?
SMS ships in late 2026 as a separate pack ($19/mo + per-SMS pass-through). Not bundled with Reach because the cost model is different. You'll see it in this list when it ships.
Do you do migrations from another platform?
Self-serve CSV import is free (member list, dues history, event roster). Hands-on migration is included in Federation tier. For Core, we have a 30-minute migration walkthrough video and a support email.

Yes. 2 months free if you prepay the year. Quietly available, no contract required, cancel anytime within the year and we prorate the refund.
