You picked: Community League

Run the full year without breaking the volunteers.

Programs, facility bookings, volunteers, and dues on one home. Built for community leagues running a real calendar with a volunteer board.

For leagues under
2,500 households. Multi-program calendar. No card to start.
What community leagues actually struggle with

Three reasons rec directors quit by spring.

Community leagues do more programming per resident than any other community org. The work is harder. Here's what we collapsed.

01 · Year-round programming

The full calendar, without burning out the rec director.

Community leagues run hot: spring cleanups, summer festival, weekly programs at the hall, fall registration, holiday market, winter rink, AGM. One person tries to coordinate it all and quits by Year 2. We collapse the calendar into one home so the work can be shared.

  • One unified events page (rec programs, festivals, AGM)
  • Recurring event templates (weekly programs, monthly classes)
  • Per-program registration and capacity tracking
  • Auto-renewal communications for season programs

02 · Facility coordination

The hall, the rink, the room booked without spreadsheets.

Most community leagues own or operate a hall, rink, or community space. Booking gets done in a shared Google Sheet, double-bookings happen, and the volunteer facility coordinator quits by spring. We give you a real facility booking page with conflict detection.

  • Per-space booking with conflict detection
  • Member rate vs. public rate (member-only times)
  • Deposit + balance via Stripe (0% platform fee)
  • Bookings page residents and renters can self-serve

03 · Filling volunteer slots

Volunteer recruitment that doesn't live on Facebook.

The summer festival needs 60 volunteer hours. The fall cleanup needs 30. The rink needs weekend monitors all winter. Begging on Facebook works once. The Volunteers system in Core makes the ask sit on the league's home, with reminders and hour-tracking baked in.

  • Shift signups with capacity (no over-fill)
  • Per-event volunteer roster + day-of reminders
  • Hours tracking (for AGM reports + appreciation)
  • Auto-thank-you emails after each shift

The four jobs

What a league board does every week.

Same four jobs every community-running board faces. Collapse them into one platform so the volunteer hours go to programming, not coordination.

01 · Dues

Annual memberships, autopaid.

Per-household billing. Member rate unlocks at checkout.

02 · Programs

Programs run year-round.

Spring soccer. Summer camp. Winter skating.

03 · Volunteers

Shifts, hours, reminders.

Auto-roster, auto-thank-you, hours archived.

04 · Board

Decisions, archived.

AGM voting, motions, transition kit. Records stay.

We used to lose two weekends every season to facility-booking spreadsheets and double-booked halls. The booking calendar paid for the Engagement Pack in the first month. Two volunteers stayed on the board another term.

Questions league boards ask first.

Anything not here, drop us a line. We answer in plain English.

Can we run our season-program registrations through this?

Yes. The Engagement Pack handles per-program registration with capacity, waitlists, and member-rate pricing. Set the registration window to open at a specific date/time so the rush is contained.

What about facility bookings for non-members?

Public booking pages live on your community page. You can set member-only times (Saturdays 9am-noon) and public times. Stripe checkout handles payment. The booking calendar prevents conflicts automatically.

We rent our hall to outside parties. Does that work here?

Yes. Set a base rate for the hall, optional add-ons (PA system, kitchen access). Deposit + balance flow handled. Booking confirmation email sent automatically. Cancellation policy is configurable per space.

Our league has multiple board committees (programs, facilities, social). Can they each have admins?

Yes. Multi-admin permissions are in Core. Each committee chair gets admin rights scoped to their area (e.g., the programs chair manages programs, the facilities chair manages bookings). The Governance Pack adds an activity log so the board chair can see who did what.

What if our league has 1,800 households?

Core's pricing covers leagues under 2,500 households. You're well within range. Federation tier kicks in above 2,500 with multi-league support and custom Stripe splits.

Can residents pay program fees in installments?

Yes. Each paid event/program can be set to single-payment or installments (e.g., $360 split as 3 × $120). Stripe handles the recurring charge. Refund policy is configurable.
