What is GetNeighbor?
A platform for self-managed community organizations (HOAs, civic associations, community leagues, residents associations, neighborhood associations). Dues, events, volunteers, and board records in one home.
How is GetNeighbor different from MemberRun?
Same backend, different door. MemberRun is for professional associations and trade groups (staff, budgets). GetNeighbor is for volunteer boards. The pricing assumes neither staff nor budget.
What does it cost?
Free for up to 100 households (trial). Core is $39/mo (your sticky foundation). Four mix-and-match packs at $19-25/mo each. Federation tier (5+ leagues) is custom pricing.
How fast can I get started?
5 minutes. Self-serve, no card required. The only tier that touches a human is Federation.
Can the new board take over when the old board leaves?
Yes. That's the whole point. Every decision, every member record, every payment trail lives in Core. The new board inherits all of it.
Do you skim dues?
No. Members pay via Stripe direct to your bank. Stripe takes 2.9% + 30¢ (their fee). We take 0%. We make money from Core subscriptions.
Where's my data hosted?
Google Cloud Platform. Database is Supabase Postgres. We're SOC2-aligned through MemberRun.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV export of every member, transaction, and event RSVP is one click away. No data hostage.
